Launched on International Women’s Day, FEMMEPOWER offers an exclusive platform where women can connect, share experiences, seek mentorship, discuss challenges, and support each other’s professional growth.

This week, FEMMEPOWER hosted an engaging session led by Dr. Rachana Mendhi, focusing on:

• The importance of self-care
• The unique challenges faced by working women
• Practical strategies to overcome these challenges

The session brought together nearly 50 talented women from across the organisation, nearly 40% of Mercurius IT’s workforce, providing them with valuable insights and practical advice to navigate both professional and personal challenges.
